Ingredients

  • 1/2 block extra firm tofu extra firm
  • 1/2 whole bell pepper any color
  • 1 medium tomato juicy
  • 1/4 cup dried chives seasoning
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast seasoning
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash turmeric for color

Instructions

  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. crumble tofu with your hands

  3. chop bell pepper and tomato

  4. toss together in a baking pan

  5. add seasoning

  6. bake for 12-15 minutes
