  • 5 Large avocados
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 Cup chopped onions
  • 3 Average de-seeded and chopped (I used canned) 
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 Oz fresh cilantro for garnish
  • 2 Tsp chicken bullion seasoning


  1. Prep all your vegetables and combine them in a large mixing bowl 

  2. Squeeze lime juice in the bowl and stir with a large spoon 

  3. Slice your avocados in half and remove the seed before scooping the flesh into the mixing bowl as well

  4. Use a fork or potato masher to mash up the avocados

  5. Sprinkle in the chicken bouillon seasoning and mix again until seasoning is evenly distributed 

  6. Serve fresh or cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator up to 5 days
