  • 1/2 cup oatmeal dry
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1 cup water

  • 2 1/2 cups oatmeal dry
  • 5 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 5 cups water

Instructions

  1. add dry ingredients together in large mixing bowl

  2. add applesauce and water then mix until evenly combined
