  • 3 oz tempeh or 1/5 brick
  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried chives seasoning
  • 1/2 small tomato juicy
  • 1/4 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1/4 up franks redhot buffalo sauce amount doesnt affect calories

5 servings spicy buffalo tempeh burritos for meal prep

  • 5 whole tortillas whole wheat
  • 2/3 cup avocado
  • 2/3 cup refried beans vegetarian
  • 7.5 oz tempeh or 1 brick
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp dried chives
  • 2 small tomatoes juicy
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1/2 cup franks redhot buffalo sauce amount doesnt affect calorie count

Instructions

  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. slice tempeh into medium thin rectangular slices

  3. spread tempeh out on baking pan

  4. smother in buffalo sauce and add seasoning on top

    tempeh slices on baking tray
