Ingredients

  • 2 cups vegetable shortening
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 13.5 oz smuckers marshmallow topping 1 jar is 13.5 oz
  • 1 Tsp vanilla extract optional

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl add vegetable shortening

  2. Use electric mixer to beat vegetable shortening by itself in order to make it blend better

  3. Add the entire jar of Smuckers marshmallow topping and vanilla extract and beat again with electric mixer until thoroughly combined

  4. Add powdered sugar one cup at a time beating with mixer in between cups

  5. Blend until thoroughly combined
