Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp spicy mustard your favorite brand
  • 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast fortified is best for nutrients
  • 1 can aquafaba canned chickpea water/juice
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp vegan Mayo or vegan yogurt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the dry seasonings in a mixing bowl and whisk

  2. Whisk in the lemon juice followed by the Mayo

  3. then add the mustard and whisk again vigorously until thoroughly combined

  4. Lastly slowly add aquafaba and whisk vigorously again until thoroughly combined
