Ingredients

  • 2 cups marshamllows dandies or trader joes are vegan
  • 1 cup vegan vanilla frosting
  • 24 oz white chocolate for baking king David is a vegan brand
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 Regular Candy canes

Instructions

  1. Manually break up the candy canes to make them easier to process

  2. Use a food processor or coffee bean grinder to blend the candy canes into very small pieces (partly powder partly flakes)

  3. Use a large microwave safe bowl to melt white chocolate chips and dandies marshmallows alone first

  4. heat for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between to avoid burning these ingredients

  5. Add the vanilla frosting (at room temperature) to the heated mixture and beat vigorously with a whisk

  6. Add the powdered sugar and beat vigorously again with a whisk until thoroughly combined

  7. Lastly add the candy cane powder and beat again until thoroughly combined

  8. Pour into a cake pan lined with parchment paper

  9. Store in the refrigerator to harder further
