This Vegan Milk Chocolate Buttercream Frosting is easy and yummy!
In a large mixing bowl combine Hershey’s chocolate syrup, vanilla extract and powdered sugar.
Use an electric mixer to blend on LOW until sugar is completely dissolved. (This is to avoid powdered sugar explosion!)
Then add vegetable shortening. Blend on medium then high until texture is very fluffy.
Sometimes I have to use a large spoon to scrap up chocolate/powdered sugar from the bottom of the bowl and blend one more time.
