Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup vegan butter
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup cashews raw, unsalted
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp Bobs Red Mill Egg Replacer r any egg replacer that contains wheat gluten is fine
  • 3 tbsp cashew water
  • 2 cups pasta noodles dry

Instructions

  1. Soak cashews in water over night. (Minimum 4 hours)

  2. Drain cashews from water in a medium mixing bowl. Keep cashew water!

  3. Blend cashews first then add butter and cashew water and blend.
