  • 1 Block Tofu Silken
  • 1 Medium Potato Peeled and boiled
  • 1 Can Aquafaba
  • 1 Tbsp Egg Replacer Bobs Red Mill
  • 1/2 Cup Bacon Bits It’s Delish (vegan)
  • 1/2 Cup Butter Vegan
  • 1/4 Cup Plant milk Unsweetened
  • 1/4 Cup Nutritional yeast
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric
  • 2 Tbsp Paprika
  • 2 Tbsp Paprika
  • 2 Tbsp Onion powder
  • 2 Tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 Cup White onion Finely chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Garlic Peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 Cups Pasta noodles Dry


  1. first Cook your pasta noodles and set aside.

  2. Skin your potato and boil it for 25 minutes or until soft

  3. In a medium pan brown your onions in butter or oil. (Adds flavor)

  4. Use a blender or food processor to blend the tofu, add aquafaba, butter, boiled potato, and onions. Blend until combined.

  5. Add plant milk and blend. Add all dry ingredients(not including bacon bits)/spices and blend.

  6. In a baking pan spread out cooked noodles and pour sauce on top. Now add bacon bits. Use your hands to spread them evenly throughout pasta.

  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes
