first Cook your pasta noodles and set aside.
Skin your potato and boil it for 25 minutes or until soft
In a medium pan brown your onions in butter or oil. (Adds flavor)
Use a blender or food processor to blend the tofu, add aquafaba, butter, boiled potato, and onions. Blend until combined.
Add plant milk and blend. Add all dry ingredients(not including bacon bits)/spices and blend.
In a baking pan spread out cooked noodles and pour sauce on top. Now add bacon bits. Use your hands to spread them evenly throughout pasta.
Bake for 15-20 minutes
