Ingredients

For The Cake

  • 1 14 oz container silken tofu
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup quick oats oatmeal dry
  • 2 cups soymilk
  • 1/2 cup raw cocoa
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp stevia optional

For The Peanut Butter Topping

  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp stevia or sweetener of your choice
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. In a large mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients and mix (with electric mixer).

  3. In a separate bowl add tofu, bananas and oatmeal and mix.

  4. Add this mixture to dry ingredients and mix. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined.

  5. Pour this batter in a greased pan. Bake for 30 minutes.

  6. Let chill for at least 3 hours before adding healthy peanut butter frosting.

For Peanut Butter Topping

  1. in a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients and blend until smooth

  2. spread on top chilled brownies
