This Healthy Oatmeal Tofu Brownie Recipe is delicious and healthy.
Preheat oven to 350
In a large mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients and mix (with electric mixer).
In a separate bowl add tofu, bananas and oatmeal and mix.
Add this mixture to dry ingredients and mix. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined.
Pour this batter in a greased pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
Let chill for at least 3 hours before adding healthy peanut butter frosting.
