Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Almond flour
  • 2 Tsp stevia Or sweetener of your choice
  • 1 Tbsp Orange extract
  • 2 Cups Mixed berries Any combination of blackberries blueberries and/or raspberries
  • 3 Cups Almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp Agar Or one 8.5 g sugar free jello any flavor but raspberry would work well- if you’re not vegan

For the berry topping

  • 1 Cup Mixed berries Any combination of blackberries blueberries and/or raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. In a large mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients and whisk.

  3. Add berries and extract and blend on low with electric mixer.

  4. Add almond milk one cup at a time blending on low in between. Blend until thoroughly combined.

  5. Line your baking pan with parchment paper (I used a square 9X9 pan)

  7. chill for 20 minutes before adding fresh berries on top
