This Cheesy Vegan Quiche Recipe is easy and low carb!
Purée the tofu into cream first. Add butter and milk then blend.
In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients (flour and seasoning mix) and whisk.
Add wet to dry and blend on slow/medium.
Use your hands to combine the spinach evenly.
Pour into 9X9 round pan.
Distribute the cheese evenly into the pan.
What I did was pour a little batter and put some cheese, pour more batter and add more cheese, etc. like a lasagna.
Bake for 30 minutes
