Ingredients

  • 1 Packet McCormicks French Onion Dip Seasoning
  • 13.5 Oz Medium firm tofu 1 block
  • 1/2 Cup Vegan butter
  • 2 Tbsp Almond milk
  • 3 Slices Daiya American style Or (3 oz) vegan cheese of your choice but this brand is the lowest in carbs
  • 3 Cups Spinach

Instructions

  1. Purée the tofu into cream first. Add butter and milk then blend.
