Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Pistachios Dry, shelled, unsalted
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp Black garlic seasoning powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Dried rosemary
  • 1/2 Tbsp Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Soak pistachios in water for at least 8 hours at room temperature. 
  2. Drain pistachios from water and keep the water

  3. Blend the pistachios in your food processor

  4. Add Apple cider vinegar and spices. Blend some more until thoroughly combined.
  5. Use your hands to knead and roll into a ball.

  6. Cover with plastic wrap and let chill in fridge for a few hours.
