This Easy Vegan Pizza Recipe Is made with a Homemade Crust!
Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Use your hands to knead and mix into a dough. Should be soft and not too sticky.
Mold dough into a ball inside the mixing bowl and coat with a little olive oil
Cover bowl with towel or rag and allow to set for 3 hours as dough rises
Preheat oven to 480 degrees F
Divide dough into two pieces.
roll dough out on a lightly floured parchment paper into two pizza crusts
Move the parchment paper with crust onto a baking tray
Top with sauce and vegan cheese or toppings of your choice
Bake the pizza for 10-15 minutes (depending on how many toppings you add) until the crust is golden and slightly crispy.
