This vegan ice cream or “nice cream” is healthy and delicious!
Soak figs in soy milk and orange extract milk for 4 hours
Place in freezer for 4 hours
Combine frozen soaked figs plus orange juice in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined
If it’s too thick add a little more soy milk or orange juice
If too runny put in freezer for another hour or two
