Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh grated ginger root

    can buy pre cut or slice it yourself

  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp matcha
  • 2 tsp stevia optional

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl combine a splash or two of the almond milk, matcha, and ginger.

  2. Whisk vigorously until thoroughly combined 

  3. then add 1 more cup of the almond milk and whisk again.

  4. Pour liquid mixture into an ice tray and freeze for minimum of 4 hours

  5. Combine matcha/ginger ice cubes and remaining 1 cup of almond milk in blender and blend until slushie and frosty 

  6. Top with fresh mint leaves and stir around with a spoon
