Vegan Tropical Sorbet Recipe

This plant based ice cream requires no ice cream machine

Ingredients

  • 2 medium/large mangoes cut up into chunks
  • 1 large banana chunks
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp orange extract

Instructions

  1. Cut mangoes into chunks and freeze for 4-5 hours

  2. Cut banana into chunks and refrigerate for 4-5 hoursĀ 

  3. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients and blend with a hand held mixer

  4. Place entire bowl in freezer for 2-3 hours

  5. Blend again

  6. Serve fresh or if stored in freezer until solid frozen allow to thaw 45 minutes to 1 hour before possibly blending again and serving.
