Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened dark chocolate chips for baking
  • 2/3 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tsp stevia

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl blend peanut butter and 1 tsp stevia thoroughly

  2. refrigerate until used later in order to harden it and make it easier to handle

  3. In a medium pot Melt chocolate chips and 1 tsp stevia on low heat and remove once liquid. 

  4. Pour 1 tbsp of melted chocolate into each of the 12 cupcake wrappers.

  5. Refrigerate cupcake wrappers minimum of 15 minutes.

  6. Remove cupcake wrappers and peanut butter out of the refrigerator. 

  7. Put about 1/2 tablespoon ball of peanut butter in each wrapper and smoosh down

  8. Pour more melted chocolate over the tops to close them up as peanut butter cups
