This vegan frosting is easy and delicious
Combine vegetable shortening, marshmallow topping, almond butter, and extract in large mixing bowl and blend on high until thoroughly combined
Add powdered sugar one cup at a time blending on low in between adding each cup to avoid powdered sugar mess
Blend until thoroughly combined
Lastly add chocolate chips and blend until thoroughly combined.
Easiest to spread on cake when frosting is room temperature and cake is thoroughly chilled.
To use for piping replace chocolate chips with chocolate flakes.
