  • 16 oz macaroni noodles dry
  • 3 cups Unsweetened soy milk or plant based milk of your choice
  • 8 oz miyokos vegan mozz or equivalent portion vegan cheese or your choice
  • 3 Cups vegan shredded cheddar
  • 2 oz vegan butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast


  1. Combine all ingredients in crock pot (except the noodles) and mix with large spoon

  2. Every 30 minutes mix the vegan cheese sauce with a whisk.

  3. After about 2 hours, and the sauce has a slight simmer, toss in the pasta noodles
