Ingredients

  • 3 cups oatmeal quick oats
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 whole bananas ripe
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl Combine oatmeal and cocoa powder and whisk

  2. Add water to mixture and whisk again

  3. Allow to set for 1 hour in order for the oats to absorb the liquid

  4. Toss in the bananas and manually mush and knead into a ball

  5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

  6. Line a baking pan with parchment paperĀ 

  7. Divide oatmeal cookie dough into 12 balls of equal size

  8. Place cookie dough balls out on baking pan

  9. Use a fork to flatten the tops of each cookie
