Ingredients

  • 1 13 oz Tempeh 1 brick
  • 2 cups mushrooms chopped
  • 3 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp paprika
  • 1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F 

  2. Line a baking pan with foil

  3. Manually break up the tempeh brick into chunks over foil

  4. Combine mushrooms with tempeh and use your hands to mix together

  5. Add olive oil, sriracha, and seasoning and toss/mix up again with your hands

  6. Spread out evenly across foil sheeted baking pan

  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes
