Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz brick tempeh
  • 1/4 cup onions chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 10 taco shells
  • 1 avocado slices
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup vegan cheese shredded

Instructions

  1. In a medium frying pan fry up 1/4 cup chopped onion in olive oil

  2. Once onions start to brown Crumble your tempeh into the pan

  3. Combine your taco spices/seasoning and Fry until crispy and Remove heat

  4. Scoop into taco shells and Top with avocado, lettuce, and vegan cheese
