Healthy gluten free cookies for weight loss and healthy diet.
In a large mixing bowl combine dried dates, hemp seeds, and almond milk
Allow to set for 1 hour to allow dates and hemp seeds to absorb liquid
Then add the almond flour and blend on high with a hand held electric mixer until it turns into dough
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Manually divide your cookie dough into 9 equal portions
Continue to use your hands to roll each portion into a ball
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Spread out 9 portions of cookie dough balls.
Flatten with a fork or palms of your hands.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
