Ingredients

  • 3 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup dried dates pitted
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk or plant based milk of your choice

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine dried dates, hemp seeds, and almond milk

  2. Allow to set for 1 hour to allow dates and hemp seeds to absorb liquid 

  3. Then add the almond flour and blend on high with a hand held electric mixer until it turns into dough

  4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

  5. Manually divide your cookie dough into 9 equal portions 

  6. Continue to use your hands to roll each portion into a ball 

  7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  8. Spread out 9 portions of cookie dough balls.

  9. Flatten with a fork or palms of your hands.

  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
