  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tsp stevia


  1. In a large mixing bowl Start by soaking 3 tbsp chia seeds in 1 cup water for 1 hour

  2. In a separate mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients and whisk  

  3. Add peanut butter to chia seeds/water and manually mix with a large spoon until thoroughly combined 

  4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and manually mix and fold into a dough

  5. Separate into 12 separate portions and roll into balls

  6. Garnish with some dry chia seeds
